FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA
It is suitable for all and especially those who have less flexibility or limited movement due to gym work or injuries.
We encourage our students to use lots of props in this class so they can get the maximum benefit out of this class irrespective of their physical condition. People who are regular practitioners of yoga will also gain a lot from the gentle pace of this class by going deeper into the stretches with the use of props and holding the positions a little longer.
