We’ve chosen Box Hill to launch Zero Mode to pay homage to all of the taste that border us. Flavours used with ingredients in ways that you would have never thought. From Breakfast, Lunch Time, Dinner, Cocktails and Coffee, all methods are unlocked. Our mode is vibrant, eclectic, unexpected. We’ll grill fresh pineapple with woody cinnamon; mix up dragon fruit and bee pollen; two times cook our wagyu and serve it with sesame leaves and yuzu. Zero Mode was born out of a desire to make something dynamic and eclectic to transform the dining adventure through day to night.
